J’ai eu plusieurs cartes SUPRIM, et toutes avaient un bruit de bobine assez marqué, même si le refroidissement était très silencieux (environ 1100 RPM et jusqu’à 75°C). Avec l’AORUS Master, il tourne à environ 1300 RPM et atteint 80°C. Je ne suis pas sûr — j’ai lu quelque part que le Master a un meilleur refroidissement que le SUPRIM, mais ce n’est pas vrai dans mon expérience. Cependant, je ne veux pas un autre SUPRIM à cause du bruit de la bobine, donc je pense essayer le Vanguard. Alors, AORUS Master ou Vanguard — quelle carte graphique devrais-je prendre ?

first: what do you do that you need 5090? 5080 is enough for 4k ultra gaming, 5090 is a workstation gpu. also jump to 2nm is coming, it is dumb to buy top end gpu just gen before node change, you can end up like 3090ti buyers. second: coil whine doesnt work that way, it mainly depends on bin you get. my 5080 aorus master is almost silent in terms of coil whine while also being able to go to 3300 mhz on core not watercooled AND BEING VERTICALLY MOUNTED. but i just got insane bin, card model has nothibg to do with that. in terms of temperatures suprims are known for best performance in that area, pbbly due to manufacturer tinkering with voltage. it also largely depends how you mount your card, if you for example go with sth like hyte y70 your gpu airflow will be screwed and it will heat up substantially. my 5080 was at avg 55° during my top 20 steel nomad run while pulling 440w, but i used lancool 217 and cranked all fans to max. normal use it stays at 59°, but i know ppl that have 67° cuz they just have shit airflow.

If every single GPU you got has coil whine, it’s also possible that you have PSU « issues », or power delivery in the house « issues ». It’s not really based on the model you get. What are the prices? is one much cheaper than the other?
I have Seasonic Prime PX-1600 ATX 3.1. It’s not high pitched coil whine but buzzing.
Le bruit de bobine est vraiment dérangeant, surtout si tu l’as déjà vécu. Le Vanguard semble plus silencieux, mais j’aimerais savoir si son refroidissement est vraiment meilleur que le Master.

I’m pretty sure MSI made the best air cooler this generation. fwiw my vanguard doesn’t whine

Close for my gaming trio, tops out 63c
I ve had few SUPRIM’s and buzzing was awful, so I maybe try the Vanguard
